  2. CO-BROKERAGE AGREEMENT

  4. LARRY LISTINGBROKER, referred to as LISTING BROKER, and CORRINE
  5. COBROKER, referred to as CO-BROKER, agree:

  7. LISTING BROKER has entered into a listing agreement with PETER
  8. PROPERTYOWNER, on a property generally described as 123 4TH
  9. STREET, DULLSVILLE, CALIFORNIA with a listing price of $123,456.78
  10. ( one hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty six &
  11. 78/100 dollars), such listing expiring on jULY 30, 1994. The terms
  12. and conditions of the listing agreement are incorporated herein as
  13. if set forth in full.

  15. It is agreed between LISTING BROKER and CO-BROKER shall cooperate
  16. on the sale of the property, and, if CO-BROKER produces a prospect
  17. in conformity with the listing agreement, the commission shall be
  18. divided as follows:
